They have arrived!
Well folks, it has been a long time in coming, but my Tri-y's have arrived! They look great, and feel more heavy duty and substantial than what I expected. The coating is very well done also. After actually having them in my sweaty little hands, I can see how much planning, measurement and tooling is required to get all these bends and angles just right to actually get them to fit into a car properly.
The quality of the fabrication is better than I could have hoped for. I can't wait to get them installed on my car. It probably won't happen until next spring. I'll be building my E-headed 400 into a 461 over the winter, adding a TKO-600, and a Moser 12 bolt along with a 3" exhaust. I just want to actually drive the thing for a whole season before I tear it apart again. I wish Ron all the best in this continued endeavor.
Here are the photos I promised.
