Oh, by the way- about seven years ago, I bought a loaded one-owner 1970 455HO coupe, perfectly rust-free and straight (but needing paint), with every part except the carburetor correct and original, for $3000. So, from seven years ago to five, assuming your $15K deal can be considered a really good one on a numbers-matching car, things have, again, gone up dramatically.
