Well, you have the convertor, now get the gears. With a 29.5 inch tall tire, and that is TALL, use a 4.30 - 4.88.
Then port the heads to match the rpm range you have chosen for yourself. Think about it this way. You are now running a 4,500 rpm stall speed. If you took your heads to a porter and said that you were running a race car that will never see below 4,500 rpm, would they suggest a pocket port or mild cleanup?
