I agree w/ you. Not having the 3 prong sensor makes me suspicions but everything i look up seems to think you can use the same sensor for 64-72 gtos.
That's the main reason i'm not convinced that sticking a resistor in the circuit would work.
Anyone have any experiance w/ what sending unit would work better?
