All T-37 and GT-37 cars with automatic were column shift. Bucket seats were not available, and therefore no cars had a console.
The rubber floor mat is not reproduced as far as I know. I have seen the T-37 decals on eBay in the past, I even bought one. I don't think they are being reproduced either but I could be wrong.
14-inch wheels are the only option. Even in 1971. You could get Honeycombs in 1971 but still they were only 14-inchers.
For 1970 I think you could go as high as a 400-4bbl. A Chevy 6 was standard in the T-37. The GT-37 option required ordering a V-8. Most (90%) GT-37s are 350-2bbl.
