The 15" wheels didnt become available on A body cars until January of 71, (rally II's) before that 14" only. 15" rally II's on a 71 A body is a very rare option. Im not sure when the 15" honeycombs were offered but you wouldnt want to race with those anyway due to the weight they are 71 anyway.
The T-37 wasnt offered with buckets, you had to step up to Lemans for that, this means no automatic floor shift.
I think if it were me i would GT-37 the car, the look is much more fun for racing but do whatever you think fits you best. Either way you cant go wrong with the car you are starting with.
