My guess would be around $5500-7000, assuming the body isn't full of bondo. Those "minor" details that you mentioned will end up costing some money, and the comment about the engine "rebuild" would have me running away from the car. When someone says that an engine was "rebuilt, but didn't need anything major", I'd take that to mean a basic tear-down, ring replacement with ball-honed cylinders, and a re-gasket job. In other words- not really a rebuild at all.
