I agree that if it were me and I had the money, my first choice would be to put it back like a Grand Am, since it would be more interesting that way and worth more too.
I had to do the same thing and more on my 73 Grand Am. Previous owners had replaced the GA nose with some Lemans parts and thrown almost all the GA nose parts away. So, I had to get all the parts to redo my 73 GA nose, not only the InDesign fascia, but the grills, headlights, brackets, bumper, pretty much everything to make it look like a Grand Am again. The nose is the distinctive part of a GA, so I had to have it
