The paint that is currently on my car is Lacquer that was sprayed in about 1980. It still looks good, Of course it has always been garaged and taken care of. Today's paints are much more durable, but I to want the original look that only Lacquer can provide. I am currently in the process of redoing the car and I will be painting it with lacquer.
