ram4judge....thanks for all the good info, are you saying that adding base to the clear will yield a semi-gloss finish?
Petesponies.... I stated above about looking thru the clear and seeing the texture of the basecoat below. 'ram4judge' expressed some possible causes of this.
What is your opinion?
Is it from not sanding the base smooth enough before clearing?
Does it need to have some 'tooth' for the clear to adhere?
