428 build ups
Any info out there specifically on 428 build ups ? I am building a 4 speed 67
2 + 2 for some limited street mainly strip bracket racing.Looking for a proven combination maybe 450-500 hp would be nice. I would like to know what are the pitfalls and what factory parts can be used and shouldnt be used. I am starting with a 67 428 4 speed powertrain. I would like to get a 3800+lb car in the high 12's. I am a decent engine builder when it comes to chevys but am hoping you guys with the experience could provide some guidance or suggestions. I did buy the pontiac power book and its on the way.
