Fullback,

My car is without tilt, I replaced my switch. The only special tool you will need will be a steering wheel puller. The switch is mounted with screws, the chrome lever has (1) screw and the switch wiring just plug's in.
You do have to remove the lower column mount and slide the wire cover off the column to take the old switch out and to load the new switch.

I replaced mine a couple of years back, maybe someone else will remember any other things that need to be done.

It didn't take long to do.
