What has already been said. And I would like to add, based on my experience with these heads.
Add about five degrees of duration and put them on a MUCH wider lobe separation, like 114-115. Put the cam in straight up. Add a Victor intake and a 1050 Dominator or the biggest 4150-style carb you can find.
The peak hp should be around 6300-6500rpm with those heads.
I think you could see 650hp with the right combo.
