Very nicely optioned Formula 400, but that car was originally equipped with 14" Honeycomb wheels.
The 15" wheels were available only (and included) with the Formula Handling Package option (UPC code 332, RPO code Y99). The package included the complete Trans Am suspension. Different from the standard Formula suspension were: the rear springs, front and rear shocks, 1 1/4" front and 7/8" rear sway bars, 15" wheels and F60 tires.
By the way, what you have on your web site is NOT the build sheet, but rather the invoice. Great info on an invoice, but it only indicates extra-cost options.
