And people thought I was crazy for running a cast crank. I got my Hot Rod magazine and when I turned the pages and saw that Pontiac, I had to read that article thoroughly. Blown alcohol and NITRO....80% at that!!!!! The article is titled "CRAZY"........appropriately so! Cast crank and stock block and a relatively mild combo that seemed to hold together for years without problems til his competiveness caught up with him. I wish him nothing but luck with his newer engine.....he's gonna need it. I don't see why he is trying to prove a point with stock pieces now that GOOD pieces are now available....... unless his financial situation is like the rest of us. Still cool to see a blown Pontiac in Hot Rod!!
