Rainer, yours is an aftermarket replacement Carter with that type number - like described earlier. I don't know if that is the correct part number application fro 1969 Pontiac 400 or not. Try googling some stuff like Carter carburetor id/identification/cross reference/etc...
FYI - FWIW Carter didn't produce any of the Ram Air applicated Qjets. So don't get high hopes of it being a gold mine.
Greyno3, some 68 and 69 Qjets were dated on the edge of the baseplate/throttle body. Driver side directly behind secondary. Lately we have also had a fair amount of 69's with no date anywhere pop up, but they did have proper plant/pick codes just like yours does.
