I feel terrible for your situation. I was going through my emails and saw that I was trying to by some parts from him not long ago, thank goodness I backed out.
There are several legal routes that you can take but it is now up to you to do them yourself. We are here to support you and are on your side but we can't file the paperwork in the courts, post office, police department or with your attorney. We cannot contact his wife or his mother for you either (which I am sure would be more than willing to help you out here). These are all things that you need to do NOW if you ever want to see your money. We can be a sounding board for you and offer advice but you need to get your money. He will keep it until the courts or someone else makes him give you back the money. He stole it, that makes him a thief. You cannot reason with a thief through PM's or emails. There may be something that you can do to get interest and court costs when it is all said and done if you act right away.
Please take the steps needed to to get your money.
