His Ebay looked like a junkyard of worthless crap that Fred Sanford wouldnt have on his property. You have to look at the assets; he has none. You have to look at the collectability of the debt.After you sue him he might file bankruptsy - I'd bet $ you're not the only one chasing this deadbeat around.
