Before you go and back half your car ask your self what you ultimate goal is, if you think you're gonna get fair races on the street or at a grudge night with a 4-link car your wrong. I've watched quite a few 4-link car go down down the road every which way but straight-4-limks don't work on the street-i think it has to do with the crown of the road-
Anyway good luck with whatever you do- I'm looking for ANOTHER car to start on, just sold the 67 4spd car!!

Steves1967, I have owned and driven plenty of Pro Street cars. The ladder bar cars have been the most relieable as far as hiem joint wear, but the way the 4 link cars were done I've had, they were very stable. I really believe it is how the 4 link and ladder bar suspension is set up by whoever does the work. I have seen plenty of ladder bar cars dog track as well as 4 link cars. And I've seen then sway, both suspension styles. I just enjoy being able to get more forward, not up bite with the 4 link set up. Now if you want a car that sways, try a blown big block/ 4 speed in a monza coupe with a leaf spring/ladderbar rear suspension and floaters !!! Yeah, you hang on to the wheel!!!
