There's a guy, at the Pomona swap meet, right when you enter. He casts some steering wheels to.
He wants even more for his services. I talked to the Quality guy at the first day of the POCI convention here, last summer. It was so hot, he didn't come back for the other days. The vendors were way away from the action at thye POCI.
