I'd agree not everyone who owns a die grinder or die grinder and a flow bench is a cylinder head expert. If you are going local, I'd want to talk to those who had Pontiac heads ported by this guy.
Quite honestly CNC'ed heads probably will be beyond the scope of what you are needing. It don't take much work on 670 heads to get real respectable performance on the street. Keep in mind if you go to the max, your heads will only be about as good as E-heads out of the box.
