hmmm,
About six years ago, the 165 to 170cc ports on a well known "SUV" of over 4000lbs., ran 11.40-11.50's, with street gears of a 3.55 or 3.31 ratio.
This particular vehicle has dipped well into the 11.30's with a 473cid engine, rather mild flat tappet hydraulic cam and "tiny" 165 cc ports. Of course, it is shifted at a "street RPM" and doesn't need to rev up to 6300PRM or more, to obtain reasonable performance!
This is just simply ridiculous!!
