With our magic wands just port (or buy) the cylinder-head of your choice so that it has enough airflow capable of supporting the rest of the combination and be adequate for the rpm you run in your combination, in all liklyhood more potential flow will not help performance. And for the few that want to run truck motor combinations that wheeeeez out at lower rpm's the small ports work out fine but for the many that want and expect performance at a higher rpm your going to have to step up the airflow.
