Larry, the other "monkey wrench" thrown into this and other similiar topics is the definition of a "street car". The range is so broad, that it includes stone stock looking daily driven cars, to full blown race cars with a working tailight, some attempt at an exhaust system, and a license plate....and anything in between!
I don't ever remember seeing any distinct classification, or set of rules that qualify any particular car for the title? For most folks, if they can drive it on the street, and are happy with it's performance in any/all areas, good enough for them, and good enough for me......Cliff
