If you buy a pole barn kit ,it comes with everthing including the plans the give them to you when you put down a deposit , I made my own plans from looking at other peoples ..... I priced the pole barn kit 24x40 was 6500.00 A simalar steel building from Mueller was 7800.00 . you can go on line
