A wrinkle wall tire requires a tube due to the flexing of the sidewall which in turn can break the bead of the tire from the rim causing bad things to happen.

I did it 12 years ago when I borrowed a friends M&H tires. I didn't know there were no tubes. I lived but wouldn't intentionally do it.

Most likely you'll be okay if your car doesn't launch hard but why take the risk...
