I've run without tubes for 3 years. Screws, no tubes, and Palmolive...no troubles, no leaky.
I'd not worry about rim screws on a 12 second car. If you are worried, make marks on the tire and the rim, and see if it's moving. I did that for a long time when I was slower. Once the tires started moving about an inch per pass, I decided to screw them.
