Dyno testing has shown the EGR intakes, even the ones with the squared off secondaries don't lose much in a typical street engine to the earlier intakes. They're a lot heavier though, and if you're upping the RPM potential of the engine or running a big cube engine then something with a larger plenum would probably be better.
