When you go to an aftermarket intake, especially a taller one like the RPM you're pretty much going to have to make your own bracket or modify one.

The two mounting standoffs are really made for the later style cable bracket, later cars use the type of cable that has a plastic square that snaps into place in the bracket.

Not a lot of stuff will bolt right up when you use speed parts, that's what a hot rodder has to deal with.
