Just an update:
Got my window sticker from PHS, looks like dealer number 259 in Zone 08 is Niggles Pontiac Buick in Mt Vernon, Ohio (now DeCosky Motors). And even though the build sheet was not clear, the Cat does have a Saf-T-Trach diff. according to the window sticker.
