1st of all, how did this problem start? Did u blow a line or cylinder and run the master cylinder dry? Did u bench bleed the master before installation? If system ran dry it's very hard to get the air out, most GM master cylinders don't sit level and it's hard to get air out unless u level the master by lifting the cars rear till master is level. Foaming in master is air bubbles stuck in master coming out through intake ports in master cylinder reservior.
