I called during business hours to check pricing and availability of the BHJ harmonic damper listed on their website. After reaching an answering machine, I left a message with my name and phone number along with my interest. A week later, no returned call. I took my money and business to Romac where my e-mails and calls were promptly returned along with excellent tech service.
Sorry Rock and Roll Engineering, I turned my head away from all the negative publicity you receive on this site to buy a $450+ part and you couldn't take the time to even return my phone call. Now I see why you receive the reputation you have. I'll be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere from now on.
