I doubt this will help anybody, but looking at the Tri-Y pictures reminded me that Hedman once made Pontiac headers almost like that- think I bought them in '64- maybe watch for them at swap meets? The 'primary' lengths were about the same as the H-O but only 1 5/8" diameter. The Y's weren't as smooth, and I don't remember the 'secondary' pipes being that long- hard for me to picture their original form now, since I eliminated the 'secondaries' altogether and had short collectors going straight down (don't ask!).
