I would get an old pump with the other parts from the donor car even if you buy a reman. one. There is a problem with most of the ones out there now having the return line in the wrong location or at least last year there was. The ones listed for Pontiacs are actually Chevy. A number of us had a hard time finding a 'new' one with the return in the right location. If you have an old one you can just swap the can out to the new one & be done with it. NAPA etc. can get them. Just don't turn your core in until you make sure the return is on the side instead of in the center. I am pretty sure this is right for 64 as well as 65-66.
