Assuming you have the Scarebird adapter plate kit you need:
2 1977-79 Cadillac Seville Rear rotors NAPA 85776
One Pair 1970-76 Firebird Calipers NAPA 242-2004/2005
One Set 1970- 81 Firebird front brake pads NAPA AE728AM
4 1970 - 1981 Firebird front caliper bolts NAPA 82203
15" wheels. The instructions don't tell you that. If you had 14s, they won't won't fit anymore.
