Tom, I know they all mainly get out good products, soem have a higher % of problems than others(eagle in the early days). My machinist had one high dollar Oliver rod out of a set they had torqued dry when they machined them. Retorqued with the correct lube the big end was not in round. With Oliver reputation you would not have expected it. Why a good check on every part going in to a motor is a good idea.
