So in reality you offer a .050 undersized PONTIAC BEARING that fits into a pontiac rod that will fit on the chebby rod journal Pontiac crank.

In my mind the Pontiac bearing would work well as the actual bearing material is exactly the same thickness just each bearing shell has a .025" thicker backing material vs stock. This is for street cars.

If the car was raced at all I would use the 6.635 Chebby rod and the chebby bearings as they are a much better bearing material and there are a lot more Chebby bearing offerings.
