My new Procharged street motor will get close (mid 900's). Simply running better gas and upping the boost a little would easily get me there. I figure ~29K. Flywheel to balancer, oil pan to throttle body. Procharger with drive, mount, intercooler and plumbing. All good parts. IA-2, billet crank, EFI, etc. With some parts swaps, you could do it for under 25 easily (boosted).
