"another vote for no, I made 991 with a single 4 intake, 525 cid and heads that flowed 380 @ 28". (2) 4's on a tunnel ram would have made 1,000."

kre/NA/1000?

What do we know?:

A 380 head will make 1000+ per John.

The Kauffmans advertise the ability to create a 380 cfm head.

John L. runs high rpm

We alread know that the Kauffmans spin the blazes out of their engines. Question is will it live like a BES engine?

The engine is an engine that the Kauffmans could duplicate

Maybe as far as stroke, bore, head flow, camshaft, valve train, induction, exhaust, etc but you still have the durability factor with ANY high rpm engine.

Yep, I think that they could make 1000 HP NA.

When, how many tries, for how long, cost, all factor into the equation. Tony B obviously knows how to do it on a National Professional Basis.
