Kurt, I hope the people in town appreciate the restoration of the outside of the building, and take a more active role watching out for vandals and thieves when I am not there...

To me, it sure beats turning it into a video rental place or something else that'd ruin its character...plus I can work on my stuff without making the garage at home a disaster (which I have been good at in the past)...
