How did you adjust the rockers? You need to adjust them properly first. If using factory rocker studs then the aftermarket rockers will not work. To put in the aftermarket rockers you will need the proper studs and polylok nuts. There is a procedure to properly adjust rockers, a search should find it. Did you check to see if you have fuel?
