I just have to jump in and say...anyone who badmouths the '04-'06 GTOs has either never driven one, or has a whole different set of expectations than I have. I don't own one yet, but I will! I was waiting for them to come down a bit more in price (at least I was hoping they'd come down more). Perhaps when the new camaro and Challenger come out.
I drove a Black M6 and was blown away by the power, ride, and especially the fit/finish of it. I want to drive an A4 before I buy one, the M6 was super easy to drive, but with years of lower back issues, I don't know if I'll be able to drive it longterm.
I've always thought they looked sharp, in a comtemporary sort of way (although the spoiler will be removed and stored right away), and I was glad to see Pontiac waited for a worthy car to revive the name. Well, that's my 2 cents.
