I looked at some DART heads the other day that had the cnc steps so tight they looked polished by comparison to KRE's. When I got my KRE HiPorts the chambers looked like they had been done with a chisel, way too many very sharp edges for me to be comfortable with so I had them stripped and smoothed. more $$$
Kaufman said dont worry about it, smooth them if it makes you happy but not necessary. They are probably right but we did it anyway. I have another set of HiPorts with the same high cnc steps but for whatever reason the edges are not razor sharp like the first set. Im not going to do anything to these.
