There was some overlap on the casting dates when both early and later parts were being used. I am a little surprised to see the G193 intake used this early.
Did you get the 12C build date from the cowl tag? If so, this is the date the body was assembled (spot welded) and is usually 1-3 weeks before the car is built on the assembly line. Most likely your car was built in early January 74 as the factory would have shut down for the holidays. The most accurate info on build date is found on the invoice. It will show the exact date shipped, which is when the car left the assembly plant.
It is also unusual to have mixed dates on the heads, but I have seen it before.
