Unless money isn't an object, it can be done with the Aluminum block and under 1000 hp.
But for long term throw anything to it live forever. I would use the Iron IA II block and live with the nose weight. There are things you can get away with to make a front heavy car hook. Just ask those SS and stock racers. And some illegal stuff too. LOL.
