Can a bumper be straightened at home?

I have one that is straight to point that it needs to come in a little on both corners.

Was replated and didnt send back (mistake) so now its past time limit.

Bought from The Parts Place and as much as I spent with them on this last car they should have done the right thing on this bumper (exchange it) but wouldnt.

You think a frame machine would straighten it without screwing the finish up? Hooking the chains through tail light openings,maybe? Heavy padding.

I have access to a machine.
