You know the routine. If it's $15 short (A or F), or $115 short (F)- or combo of both (F) - nothing else can even possibly make it right. Has to be it.
I wouldn't call it cheating to use the $9.48 when I read the Pontiac protocol listed with that option/variance. Some options say when with 345,347,348. That one only says with 345.
We would need an original window sticker to be absolute. But Billing may have had a different way of scrutinizing this than we do. And their own protocol could be causing the 347 and 348 options to overide the 345 recognition (discount) - in this instance.
I'm calling it a glitch in protocol on this example until further notice.
