That block on Ebay shows that nothing is the norm. It goes against everything I have seen or heard. I’d also like to see the whole card.
Forming a hypothesis (Guess) off the numbers, it looks like a 6D or 7A built car. From a EU standpoint, the latest block I’ve ever seen had an “809517” stamped in it. It was also on EBay a while back. However, that block had a ground part number and a D248 casting date. So it was 10K numbers after but cast over a month earlier. Maybe they had to rush a block in for this car?
Another oddity is the lack of “96” on the heads. The few late cars I’ve seen had the 96 casting
