Ken is building a motor for me as we speak, using some of my parts I sent him. I called him several times in the last few months with quuestions and changed the built slightly a couple of times. I had no problem other than taking longer than I wished (but it alwasy does and you never have enough HP ... LOL). I think other than the initial request, phone call is much better and quicker than email. In a 5 minute call you can discuss a lot more than a half a dozen emails.
