The locks have the key code stamped on the side of them. Take off a door panel, remove the clip that retains the lock and remove it from the door. The dash glove box lock can be removed to expose the key code by sliding a pick or peice of welding filler wire in the key opening and pressing down on the silver tumbler with another pick or wire.

Take those codes to a locksmith or GM dealer and you can get some new keys. The doors and ignition are the square key and the glovebox and trunk are the oval key in 1970.
